GENERAL
✦ Artworks and designs may not be used for any activities involving NFTs, blockchain technology, or AI-related projects.✦ Purchasing a design grants you a license to use the design, while I retain copyright and intellectual property rights.✦ Designs acquired through monetary transactions may be resold by the buyer. However, designs obtained through trades, gifts, exchanges, or giveaways may not be resold.✦ Designs must not be resold for a higher price than originally purchased unless additional artwork or value has been added.✦ If a client breaches any of these terms, engages in harassment, scams, theft, chargebacks, or fails to make payments, I reserve the right to ban the client and revoke rights to the design.

GENERAL

However, designs obtained through trades, gifts, exchanges, or giveaways may not be resold.✦ Designs must not be resold for a higher price than originally purchased unless additional artwork or value has been added.✦ If a client breaches any of these terms, engages in harassment, scams, theft, chargebacks, or fails to make payments, I reserve the right to ban the client and revoke rights to the design.✦ Clients may request revisions at any point without any additional charges until lineart.✦ I am allowed to post all commissions to my social media. If you want me to keep it secret until certain date, you will have to pay a fee (NDA).✦ Do not commission me if you want me to change my art style or mimic someone else's.✦ The files will be sent through google drive link via Twitter.✦ If u decide to commission me, you will be added to my trello waitlist. I will ask for payment about a week before I can start working on your piece.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ Turnaround time may vary depending on commission complexity and current queue. Expect a month before receiving the design.✦ Rush fees are available for expedited delivery (see pricing section).✦ I will provide progress updates throughout the process and notify you of any changes or delays.✦ If a delay occurs, I will communicate it promptly.✦ Trello will host my waiting list, you may check it at any time.✦ The waiting list will be in order of completion. Paying a rush fee will guarantee a higher place. I will first finish any commission pieces before working on yours.
PAYMENT
✦ I start work after full amount has been paid.✦ Payments are made with Vgen services / Ko-Fi
USE
✦ You may use the commissioned design for personal or commercial purposes if commercial rights are purchased.✦ Please give credit to me (your artist) when sharing or using the design.✦ Do not claim the artwork or design as your own creation.✦ Redistribution, tracing, or editing of the design without consent is not allowed.✦ Contact me for any major changes or edit to be made after completion (This includes using the design to be made into a vtuber model).
REFUNDS
✦ Full 100% Refunds are only available before work has started or if I am unable to complete the commission.✦ No refunds will be given after the sketch is approved or once work has proceeded past the sketch phase.✦ Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction if the artwork follows the approved sketch and reference materials.✦ If there are any problems with the final result, please message me.✦ If you do issue a chargeback on one of my services, without discussing it with me beforehand, I have the right to resell whatever was sent to you and make profit off of it. You will be blacklisted.
GIVEAWAYS
✦ Any designs obtained through monthly giveaways are not permitted for sale.
✦ Credit is necessary.
✦ No edit / Redesign should be made without my approval (This includes making it into a vtuber model).
SKEBS
✦ Any designs made from my Surprise me character design are permitted for redesign/edits to better suit your taste.
✦ Credit is necessary for the original design.
✦ The design itself is not allowed to be sold.
Most Asked Questions
1. What does the Wait List means on VGEN?
➼ ✦ It means your commission will start the month of the Wait-List, you can however send a request at any time but the proposal will be sent on the 1st of that month. (Ex: Wait list September, I will start and send the proposal on the 1st of September, but you can send your request in August)2. If the commissions are closed for the month, can I still order a rush fee?
➼ ✦ I always keep an extra rush slot for the month, but please contact me beforehand.3. I forgot to add an add-on to my request, how do I pay?
➼ ✦ Please send any extras though my Kofi until I set up my VGEN fully.4. I don't have a moodboard or anything and still want to order a character design, is it possible?
➼ ✦ Yes! However an extra fee will be added for my help to set up an idea.
